Property for ourselves.  We added 3,600 Sq. ft. on the existing
building.  The addition included 600 Sq. ft. of retail space, and 3000
Sq. ft. on the second floor to allow for three, 2 bedroom apartments.  
This addition was given an award to Driscoll Properties by the
Downtown Millburn Development Alliance for Beautification.  The
renovation to this commercial space was a great investment project
for our organization.  


















In 2006, Driscoll Properties worked in conjunction with Gennaro
Raimo, of Millburn to
renovate its Commercial building at 266 Essex
St.  This was a very complex project that required specialized
